Do you groom both dogs and cats?
Absolutely! We proudly serve both dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Our groomer has extensive experience handling both canine and feline clients with patience, love, and expertise. Every pet is treated with the same level of care and professionalism.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, we do ask that an adult be present during the appointment, especially for first-time visits. This allows us to discuss your pet's needs, share any concerns, and ensure everything goes smoothly. Many of our regular clients simply hand over their pet and go about their day — we keep it quick and easy!
How long does grooming take?
Appointment duration varies based on your pet's breed, coat condition, size, and the services requested. On average, a full grooming session takes between 1.5 to 3 hours. Small breeds with short coats are typically faster, while larger breeds or those with longer/matted coats may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle for your convenience. Payment is collected at the end of each appointment. We don't require a deposit for most services, but we do ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Yes, we operate by appointment only. This ensures that every pet receives our full, undivided attention without any rush. We recommend booking in advance — especially on weekends — as our slots fill up quickly. Call us or send a message to check availability and reserve your spot!
How often should my pet be groomed?
It depends on your pet's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. As a general guideline:
- Short-haired breeds: Every 8–12 weeks
- Long-haired breeds: Every 4–6 weeks
- Cats: Every 6–8 weeks
- Dogs prone to matting: Every 4 weeks
